Syllabuild has 46 hand picked levels, a random mode where it will pick a word within the length range you choose, and a custom mode where you can enter any word you want.

I love the concept, but...why is "bigg" a valid word? Or "gul" and "ch"? The idea of building things out of smaller parts is cool, but finding the smaller parts feels like a guessing game, or trial and error, rather than something you can think through.
That’s a good question! Finding a word list to use was a bigger challenge than I expected. I ended up using a public domain one I found on GitHub, maybe it had too many obscure/archaic words in it.
That is good feedback, thank you! I’ll keep that in mind if I make any further word games.
I like it. For me, the fun of it scales with the challenge. At a certain level of difficulty, it becomes more of a puzzle you have to think about, which is cool.
